Driving Directions
Located in central Queenstown, here is the directions to follow.
From Queenstown Airport (11 mins)
- Follow Sir Henry Wigley Dr out of the airport and at the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Lucas Pl
- Next roundabout take the 2nd exit on to State Highway 6 for 700 m
- At the roundabout, take the 1st exit onto State Highway 6A and continue driving with Lake Wakatipu on your left hand side for 5.6 km heading into Queenstown central.
- As you near the town turn right onto Dublin St then turn left onto Hallenstein St for 850 m.
- Turn left down onto Weaver St and left again onto left onto Gorge Rd.
- Turn left onto Turner St and drive up the short hill to Turner Heights on left.
From Central Otago
- Driving from Cromwell, follow State Highway 6 through the scenic Kawarau Gorge and Gibbston Valley for 48 Km
- Coming into Queenstown continue onto the Frankton-Ladies Mile Highway.
- At the two roundabouts in Frankton, take the 2nd exit and stay on State Highway 6 and continue driving with Lake Wakatipu on your left hand side for 5.6 km heading into Queenstown central.
- As you near the town turn right onto Dublin St then turn left onto Hallenstein St for 850 m.
- Turn left down onto Weaver St and left again onto left onto Gorge Rd.
- Turn left onto Turner St and drive up the short hill to Turner Heights on left.
Check-in and Checkout
Check-in time is between 2 pm – 8 pm. We cannot offer early check-in as the time required prior is need to complete the housekeeping from the prior guest.
If you intend on arriving after 8 pm contact us by email or phone for late check-in instructions.
Check-out is strictly 10 am or earlier. We cannot offer late check-outs as we require the time to prepare the apartment for the incoming guest.
Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy varies with the season.
The winter/ski season cancellation policy runs from July, August and September each year.
The rest of year cancellation policy runs from October through to June each year.
House Rules
- At Turner Heights Townhouses we do not service the apartments daily. Guest are welcome to exchange towels in the main laundry when required.
- Turner Heights operates a strict NO PARTIES policy. We do not allow stag or hen parties to be held on the property.
- Quiet time is between 11 pm and 7 am and only checked in guests are allowed between these hours.
- Intoxicated or belligerent guests bothering other guests or making excessive noise will not be tolerated and may at the managers discretion be evicted for the balance of their stay with no refund.
